Hi, I'm Jackie!

— the heart behind J. Rowley Photography. I specialize in portrait photography in Swartz Creek and the surrounding areas, and I’m always up for an adventure to anywhere beautiful!

I’m a wife and mom to a blended family. My sweet husband and I were married in the summer of 2021, though our story began nearly ten years ago. He’s been my biggest cheerleader throughout this photography journey. Together, we have two boys (16 and 19) and two girls (27 and 28), plus our furry sidekicks, Chief and Tootsie.

As a family, we love to travel, go on cruises, and spend time at our cozy cabin in Standish. Family time really is the best time!

When I’m not behind the camera (or editing with a cup of coffee in hand), I also work part-time as an RN at a surgery center — a role I truly enjoy. Back in 2019, I decided to take a leap and learn something new. I’d always admired the art of photography and thought, “I want to do that!” So, I did — and it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.

I believe it’s never too late to learn, grow, or step outside your comfort zone. Photography has allowed me to do all of that — and capture meaningful, joy-filled memories for others along the way.
